Immigration Law:

*Removal Defense– Immigration bonds, defensive asylum applications, cancellation of removal, Withholding of Removal, Convention Against Torture (CAT), Adjustment of Status in court, 212(c) waivers, NACARA, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and all other forms of relief.

*US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)- All Applications and Relief- Fiancé visas, marriage based petitions, family based petitions (children, spouses, parents, siblings), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), affirmative asylum applications, Parole in Place for family of members in the U.S. armed forces,  Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, Naturalization, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and all other applications.

*Consular/CBP/ICE- Representation before US consular offices throughout the world, customs border patrol and Immigration Customs Enforcement.  This includes but is not limited to: Filing waiver applications at US consulates, consular processing family based petitions, re-acquisition and corrections of I-94 entry documents, deferred inspection interviews, meeting with ICE officers and filing Stay of Removal applications among others.

*Appeals– We actively represent clients in all matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
